4 cooking apples
1 tsp Icing sugar
Sprig of thyme
Baby gem hearts
100g ripe brie
1. Preheat oven 180c
2. Peel and core the apples top and tail
3. Place a sauté pan on a medium heat, drizzle a little oil on the bottom of the pan with the icing sugar and sear one side of the apple until golden brown then turn over sprinkle rock salt over the apple. Add the sprig of thyme and a small amount of water bake in the oven for 8 minutes until soft. Remove apple from oven. Place onto a baking tray then place the brie into the hole where the core was. Put back in the oven until the cheese melts.
4. Serve with the walnuts, mayonnaise, tomatoes and baby gem hearts.
