Paula McEwen brings a wealth of experience from 10 years cooking in some of Scotland’s best kitchens, including The Witchery by the Castle, Number One at The Balmoral Hotel in Edinburgh and The Marcliffe at Pitodels in Aberdeen. Paula leads a team of highly skilled chefs who bring a broad range of food knowledge to the kitchen to produce exciting menus inspired by cookery styles from around the world with focus on season and locally sourced ingredients where possible.

We offer two styles of dining at Paula McEwen. In the restaurant, we offer a delectable choice of à la carte, & set menus. Both menus are created to showcase the talents of Paula and her chefs, with great attention to detail and flavour profiling. Our restaurant menus are adapted frequently to take advantage of the best ingredients of the season.

Our friendly, knowledgeable staff are welcoming and efficient while being unobtrusive. We seek to exceed the expectations of our customers and our ever increasing fan base is testament to this.
