Paula McEwen brings a wealth of experience from 10 years cooking in some of Scotland’s best kitchens, including The Witchery by the Castle, Number One at The Balmoral Hotel in Edinburgh and The Marcliffe at Pitfodels in Aberdeen. Paula leads a team of highly skilled chefs who bring a broad range of food knowledge to the kitchen to produce exciting menus inspired by cookery styles from around the world with focus on season and locally sourced ingredients where possible.
